TwentyOne Skills || e-learning modules || each 1h 20 min
We offer you four e-learning modules to introduce you to some possible career pathways for scientists. They are in an easy-to-understand English. You can complete them regardless of time and place.
The four modules (so-called “deep dives”) cover the following topics:
- Tools for career planning
- Career in science
- Career in research management
- Career outside science
The modules consist of a mix of short video sequences, texts and small learning exercises. You will learn methods for defining your own professional goals, decision-making and career planning. You will also be provided with working materials and further information.
Target group
doctoral candidates and early postdocs who are employed or study at the University of Rostock
Note
- We purchased the modules from the provider “TwentyOne Skills”.
- "TwentyOne Skills" has developed the courses specifically for scientists in the German-speaking countries.
- The use of the e-learning modules is subject to license conditions.
- Therefore, registration is required.
- Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- The access to the e-learning modules will then be provided in the learning management system "ILIAS" at the University of Rostock.
- Start in January 2025.
